Delete Account & Data

Delete in the app

Open Dino Merge and go to Settings.
In the account section, choose Delete account & data.
Read the notice, enter DELETE when using English (or 삭제 in Korean), then choose Delete permanently.

Guests can use Delete guest progress in the same section to remove guest data from the device and server.

If you cannot access the app

Email your registered email address, in-game captain name, and reason for deletion. After verifying ownership, we will process the request without undue delay and reply with the result. Do not send passwords or full payment details.

What is deleted

Your Dino Merge account linked to Google, email, or guest sign-in.
Your captain name, game progress, currencies, dinos, party, and ranking records.
Purchase delivery, reward, and claim records linked to that account.

Deletion cannot be undone.

Minimum records required by law, payment disputes, or fraud prevention may be retained separately for limited purposes and periods. Google Play order history is managed separately in your Google account's payment records.
